Job Summary:
Responsible for the excavation of raw material to maintain plant production. Operate and maintain dragline. This hourly,
non-exempt position will work under direct and indirect supervision.

Essential Functions:
* Conduct pre and post-shift equipment inspections.
* Operate and maintain dragline.
* Responsible for the excavation of raw material to maintain plant production.
* Follow proper GOH/MSHA safety practices and procedures.
* Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
* Frequently work more than 40 hours per week and non-traditional hours including night shift, Saturdays and occasionally
Sundays.
* Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Knowledge of:
* Working knowledge of moving machinery parts and the dangers they pose.
* Working knowledge of equipment maintenance such as greasing, fluid levels, adjustments, cables and bucket conditions.
* Mobile equipment.

Ability to:
* Learn and follow GOH company policies and procedures.
* Receive and apply directives.
* Operate mobile equipment.
* Utilize all large hand tools applicable to dragline operation.
* Identify and overcome all work related hazards.
* Identify and report raw material changes.
* Maintain personal and professional safety procedures.
* Work under direct and indirect supervision.

Qualifications:
* Must be proficient with cutting and welding equipment.
* Must be fluent in the identification of work related hazards such as stress cracks and proper berm placement.
* Must have an extensive background extracting materials from under water.

Education:
* Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of dragline operation experience preferred.

Required Training:
* MSHA ART/NM/ENM
* CPR/First Aid
* Rigging
* Production and Efficiency Mobile Equipment Training

Physical Requirements:
* Constant (67-100%)- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
* Constant (67-100%)- Ability to enter and exit equipment safely.
* Constant (67-100%)- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
* Constant (67-100%)- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
* Frequent (34-66%)- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Occasional (0-33%)- Ability to shovel.
* Occasional (0-33%)- Ability to work in a field environment with exposure to dust, inclement weather conditions, extreme heat
and cold, noise, vibrations, and a variety of petroleum products.
