Description
Job Summary: 
Provide secretarial and office support to field staff.  Perform a variety of office duties, including processing mail, transmitting and delivering faxes, answering telephones, performing data entry, typing correspondence, generating reports, filing, etc.  This hourly, non-exempt position will work with direct and indirect supervision from Regional VP or Project Manager.

Essential Functions:  
* Perform a variety of office duties, including coordination of all mail in and out of the office, transmitting and delivering facsimiles, filing, and answering telephones.
*Greet and provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to employees and guests.
* Store, retrieve, compile and transfer information on paper and electronically to internal and external customers.
* Perform data entry.
* Generate standard and customized reports including, but not limited to, payroll, project costs, work performed, and materials received.
* Organize and maintain project-related paperwork and electronic files.
* Communicate effectively with field staff, customers, subcontractors, and other GOH employees.
* Perform laboring assignments on crew when office clerk duties are complete or not required.
* Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
* Frequently work more than 40 hours per week and non-traditional hours including night shift, Saturdays and occasionally Sundays.
* Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Knowledge of:
* Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
* Computers.
* General office equipment, such as phone systems, copiers, printers, and fax machines.
* Heavy construction industry.

Ability to:
* Learn and follow GOH company policies and procedures.
* Learn and utilize specialized software used by GOH.
* Operate a wide range of office technology.

Qualifications:
* Must have strong organizational skills.
* Must have strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have excellent customer service skills.
* Must have strong data entry skills.
* Must have strong typing and computer skills.

Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 
* Prefer a minimum of one year of secretarial or clerical experience.

Physical Requirements:
* Regularly required to talk and hear in conversations with customers.
* Frequently required to sit for sustained periods of time.
* Frequently required to perform use basic office equipment such as phones, computer, file cabinets, copier, etc.
* Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel to file.
* Frequently required use fingers/hands to type and file.
* Must be able to see and read PC screens, read normal type size print.
