Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment as a Mobile Device Administrator (MDM Admin) and will be responsible for mobile device provisioning, troubleshooting, testing, and lifecycle management, as well as deploying Android and iOS devices in an enterprise data center environment. 

Essential Functions:   
"Provision, test, and troubleshoot mobile devices, including phones, tablets, wireless access points, hot spots, etc.
"Support GOH employees with the installation. configuration, testing, administration, and support of approved mobile device applications. 
"Leverage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform to securely deliver updates and approved applications to mobile devices. 
"Update cellular/wireless records using internal and/or vendor supplied tools such the Verizon Wireless (VZW) portal, internal Help Desk system, etc.
"Maintain MDM policies, support documentation, and internal provisioning procedure documents.
"Assess user needs and make recommendations on access, use, security, and related information.
"Respond to and resolve support calls for mobile device issues.
"Serve as a member of the on call rotation for after hours support.
 * Travel and/or drive personal vehicle to trainings, meetings, events, etc.
Ability to:
"Learn and follow GOH company policies and procedures.
"Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
"Follow through on issues in a timely manner.
"Efficiently and flexibly deal with changing priorities.
"Work closely with others

Qualifications: 
"Must have advanced troubleshooting skills in the application support area 
"Must have experience with Android, iOS, Windows Mobile OS Operating Systems
"Must have experience with MDM products such as Sophos 
"Must have a High level understanding of mobility terminology and technology
"Must have Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project) and Visio
"Must have strong data entry, typing and computer skills.
"Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
"Must be detail oriented.
"Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record per company minimum standard for drivers.


Education and experience:
"Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
"1 2 years of related experience, including provisioning cellular devices.  
"May accept an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Training:
*Site specific hazard training
*SOPHOS training
*Cellular carrier training/conference
*Application vendor conference
