Job Summary:
To provide the safe, efficient and professional standard of operation where the GOH aircraft are to be utilized. This is a part time position working less than 1,000 hours.
Essential Functions:
*In conjunction with the flight coordinator; establishes flight schedules and determining that such assignments are within the guidelines set forth in the sections on flight time/duty time limitations.
*Scheduling and notifying the crew members, in advance of recurrent training.
*Monitoring and ensuring that all requirements of FAR 61 are complied with concerning pilot certificates, medical certificates, training and currency. The chief pilot is the primary contact for all communications with the FAA.
*Coordinating schedules with crew member training, vacation and days off, as approved by the Chief Pilot.
*Maintaining proficiency as PIC (Pilot In Command)
*Establishing and maintaining rapport with the corporate executives, customers, industry and government associates.
*Ensuring a safe, cost effective and reliable operation in accordance with the Federal Aviation
Regulations and consistent with customer expectations.
*Projecting the company's commitments to the highest level of safety, best practices and standards.
*Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
* Prepare reports, maintain records; assist in maintaining the aircraft, hangar, and office.
Knowledge of:
*Current Federal Aviation Administration regulatory requirements.
*Aircraft operating procedures and capabilities.
Ability to:
*Safely perform essential functions as listed above.
Qualifications:
*3500 Total Time
*2000 Pilot-in-Command
*2500 Multi-Engine
*1500 Multi-Engine PIC
*250 Instrument
*1500 Turbine
*FAA ATP pilot certificate
*Cessna CE-525 Type rating
*First Class FAA flight physical
*Current USA Passport
*As a minimum, must possess a commercial pilot certificate.
*Must meet insurance providers minimum experience levels.
*Current and valid second class FAA flight physical.
*Ability to work varying hours and days on demand as schedule requires
*Current US Passport
Education:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
*As a minimum 1500 total flight time with 500 hours of turbine flight time.
